INR Ranges for mechanical valves

Recommendations for INR ranges have changed slightly for some conditions:

Mechanical prosthetic heart valves is now 3.0-4.0
Tissue valves are 2.0-3.0 for 3/12


Go to the setup screen and adjust the reference ranges accordingly.
