Date: 06 February, 2003 01:20PM Dear Phil, RAT is setup for single site. Some patients attend a surgery clinic on a day other than the clinic day. their next appt re-aligns them to the clinic day in the week. It also keeps the review list with a tidy list of dates. How will you handle patients who need to attend on a day other than the recommended one. For example, an INR > 5.5 needs a repeat sample in 3 days. Are you running RAT on a portable? Two options: 1.You could disable the weekly clinic option. (best option) 2. Run 4 separate instances of RAT (not recommended) The audit would not be amalgamated. Regards Colm Rafferty Re: Clinic Day

Date: 06 February, 2003 01:23PM Sounds like we'd be better switching off the date option, as we are running a PCT based community clinic across 5 different sites & we'd be using laptops which would then backup to our network on arrival back at the office after clinic days Thanks for the prompt response Phil Winstanley  )
