Is there any planned appointment system that would print list of patients attending & work out future appointments etc on the clinic day that could be added to RAT?

Dear Phil,

I have had no plans to add an appointment list because the vast majority of users are GPs and practice nurses who had access to the Surgery appointment system if required.

We do not use an appointment system in our practice. We have 150 patients on warfarin. They arrive at 8:30am, blood sent to the lab and are then phoned later that day.

I appreciate that some users have near patient testing and use appts, but will probably use the practice clinical system.

If pharmacists do not have access to this and are using near patient testing then an appointment system attached to RAT may be useful. It would take a bit of work, and if there was sufficient requests I would consider it.
