Deleting notes

Can you inform me how to delete temporary notes from the history screen please. Thanks

Dear Shiona,
Notes in the history section are permanent.
You can remove entries in the scribble pad by simply highlighting and using the backspace.
You can also add notes in the scribble pad to qualify entries that have previously been made referring to them as maybe erroneous.
