RAT Support Forum unable to open patient record

Date: 23 October, 2014 01:24PM I am unable to open the record of a particular patient. It is as if the program freezes. All other patient records are opening as normal. Not sure what to do. Re: unable to open patient record

Can you go to the top menu, click on 'Database' A submenu will appear. Choose 'Utilities' A window will appear, choose the option 'Repair database' Then click 'OK' They re-try. If this does not work email me at cgr@formulae.com for further details Regards Colm Rafferty
