RAT and Windows 7 update

Hi,
We're due to be upated to Windows 7 next week and I don't think I'm going to have time to update all the PCs before then. Will our 3.72 version be compatible with Windows 7?

Dear Susan,
RAT 3.72 should work, but their have been a number of updates since then and I recommend you update to RAT-i.

Thanks for the info - I'm getting the following message on some pc's, though:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\ComDig32.OCX

An error occurred while trying to replace the existing file:
DeleteFile failed; code 5
Access is denied.

There is then 3 options - Abort, Retry or Ignore.

Any ideas, please?

Dear Susan,
This message means that another program is using this file.
Click the 'Ignore' button to move on to the next stage of the installation.
