Colm, Is it possible to export the report (say in Excel format) and send to Board
electronically? I have run report, copied to clipboard and saved as an rtf
file which could be sent (not sure if Board can take this electronically)
but I do not like fax (especially for patient details which the hosp
frequently ask us for) and would like to send by email.

Dear Johnny, I do not see any reason why not, though I am not part of the audit team so
you may want to let them know you are emailing it. The info is anonymous
apart from the practice name.
It would be ideal for the practices to email the report as say an excel
spreadsheet and maybe at some stage the board could automate the processing
of the raw data.
I am also sending a copy of this email to Dr Kathyrn Booth, who is the key
Dr involved in the audit.
