RAT Support Forum Error message

Date: 14 March, 2012 05:02PM Message pops up today on all computers with RATs installed - Attention:'Unrecognised database format, may be corrupted. Contact Network administrator.'
Also today I received a reminder about outstanding invoice dated 2.11.2011. No original invoice here, still using RATs so will submit payment immediately. Sorry & thanks
