Dear RAT Users,
RAT Version 3.5d is now available.
This is a minor update for users of Version 3.

BUG FIXED in Version 3.5c:
Leaving the address field empty when adding a new
patient prevents the user from accessing that
patient record.
[This bug is not applicable to previous versions]
