Repeat blood test dates

Registration no : XXXXXXXX East-side Surgery
After entering the INR reading and printing recommendations
the repeat blood test date always days 21/7/06 even though it could say the test has to be repeated in 8 weeks (a September date) Can you help The problem seems to be only with one particular patient
Can you help?

Dear Helen,
This might be because this patient is on warfarin short term and is due to stop on that date.
Check the indication and length of treatment
