TODAY WE CAN NO LONGER ADD AN INR RESULT OVER 5 .. NOT SURE WHY AS COULD BEFORE. HAS AN UPGRADE CAUSED THIS?

GP HAS NOW MANUALLY DOSED BUT STILL NEED TO ADD FOR A COMPLETE HISTORY
