run time error message
Date: 25 November, 2014 02:39PM

Hi Colm, we are getting a error message appearing when we try to look at one patient's details in particular. The message reads "runtime error" and doesn't allow us to go any further. It only appears to be affecting one patient atpresent. We had a similar problem a month ago when trying to do an audit with the same message appearing. You advised us to download the update again, which we did and it worked ok after this. Would appreciate your help.

Thanks
Paula

Dear Paula
Can I ask you to go the top menu, choose 'Database'. A submenu will appear.
Choose 'Utilities' A window will appear.
Choose the option to repair the database and then click OK.
Let me know if this resolves it.
I have sent a separate email
Regards

Hi Colm,

Runtime error just appeared today when trying to print recommendations, doesn't seem to matter which patient. Did a database repair with no change. Using windows 7 and build i017.
Thanks

Neil

First thought, is it something to do with the printer.
As a test, after entering an INR, instead of clicking the print icon (which saves and prints),
choose the 'Save' icon on the toolbar (floppy disc icon)
This should store the new INR/recommendations.
Check this by accessing the patient again , to make sure the data is stored.
If correct, then it may be something to do with the printer.
Let me know if the above works OK
Regards
Colm
