unable to open patient record

I am unable to open the record of a particular patient. It is as if the program freezes. All other patient records are opening as normal. Not sure what to do.

Dear Gillian,
Can you go to the top menu, click on 'Database'
A submenu will appear.
Choose 'Utilities'
A window will appear, choose the option 'Repair database'
Then click 'OK'
They re-try.
