custom INR range

Is there a way of setting up a custom INR range, we need to control a patients inr to between 1.9-2.2 at the request of the hosp consultant.

No , RAT does not allow for custom INR ranges.
RAT follows national UK guidance on target INR and INR ranges.
You may need to discuss with the consultant their preference for this unusual range.
