Lost Passwords

Hi Colm,

Dermot from BSO ITS Helpdesk here. I had a call from a practice today who have been locked out of RAT database due to too many password attempts.
Could you tell me is there a way for the practice to recover from this if they have lost their password or typed in in wrong too many times?
