I've been stalling as not sure whether to go for 3mg or 2mg.
There seems to be 2 options for slow initiation.
Oates et al 1998: 2mg for 2 weeks

Janes 2004, which is 3mg every day for 1 week, This is the one you are probably aware of.

I haven't decided which one to go for. Locally it seems the 2mg per day maybe the one we go for. So I will probably implement it.
