Hi Colm, wondering if planning an update to include an option for 3,3,3mg as opposed to 10,10 or 8,8mg as at present?

Hi Noel,
I've been stalling as not sure whether to go for 3mg or 2mg.
There seems to be 2 options for slow initiation.
Oates et al 1998: 2mg for 2 weeks
[onlinelibrary.wiley.com]

or
Janes 2004, which is 3mg every day for 1 week, This is the one you are probably aware of.

I haven't decided which one to go for. Locally it seems the 2mg per day maybe the one we go for. So I will probably implement it.
