One of my GPs has been experiencing problems when inputting the INR into RAT. He says that he is selecting one patient but the print out is for a different patient. This has happened a few times so he tells me that he is extra careful now when using RAT and double checks the patient name etc before entering the value, but that it is occasionally coming out in another patient's name. Any ideas?

Dear Karen,
There was an issue with an previous version of RAT when using the 'Print current details' function on the menu. Not the standard print button.
Can I ask you to update to the current version.

Run this update. Make sure RAT is not running when you run this update. Also, if you have RAT on more than one PC, update all the PCs that use RAT.
