Date: 26 April, 2010 01:16PM Dear John,
This has been a previously noted error. If a patients new dose has been previously manually changed with one day left blank this error would occur, of if a patient was on 0.5mg strengths and the total INR weekly dose was not a whole number Can you firstly write down the pateints current warfarin regimen. Next, can I ask you to update to the latest version. Close down RAT and then run this file: [www.formulae.co.uk] Run this update on each of the PCs you have RAT installed. Then, start RAT go to the 'Yellow Key' icon on the toolbar. A window will appear, choose 'repair database' This should clear the error. You may find that RAT has recalculated the weekly dose to a whole number. Regards Colm Re: Error message

We are already on v.3.803 (all terminals) - the site says 3.8 is the latest. You say "run this file:" but there is no name. I assume this is just to upgrade anyway? So if we are already on the latest version then I presume the only thing to do is to run the "Repair Database" option? John Re: Error message

Date: 10 August, 2010 04:45PM Dear Kenneth,
Can I ask you to update RAT. Go to : [www.formulae.co.uk] Run this downloaded file on the RAT PC. Make sure RAT is not running when you do this. Once completed, start RAT and try again. If you have RAT on more than one PC, make sure you update all PCS. Regards Colm Rafferty
