Dr Rafferty,

We are having the same network permission issues as reported to you last week by Louise French of Riverside Practice, Strabane Health Centre. Error 3050. Fixed in the same way through reinstallation on a single PC with mdb file on same terminal and daily back-up.

This reinstallation has been done using the current CD we have which is Version 3.72 - is there a more up-to-date version available and if so how do we access a copy of this?

The 3.72 version only seems to recognise floppy disks via drive A: as the only pathway for a back-up copy. We would prefer to back-up to a USB dongle or writeable CD. Is this possible?

The latest version is v3.805
Go to the website and download and run [www.formulae.co.uk]
Make sure RAT is not running.
When you restart RAT you should see v3.805 across the top window .
This version allows you to backup to any drice including USB port.
