could you please let me know whether we are able to add or how to add any other indications on the rat program, for example - 'below knee DVT' or is that the only choice of indications available?

Dear Emma,
The list of indications cannot be added to.
This is because there are no new indications for warfarin.
In your case use 'Spontaneous Calf DVT',
and in the comment part put in 'Below Knee'

If there is a unusual or experimental indication you can use the 'Miscellaneous' option.

Allowing additional indications to be entered would ass confusion especially for audit purposes.
