Doctors name

We would like to know if you can also put the Doctors name on to the sheet so the nurses don't have to waste time trying to find out who the doctor is for each patient.

Dear Megan,
I will put this on the list for the next update.
I presume you show the printout to the registered Dr.

Generally, for consistency you should have only one doctor overseeing the warfarin management rather than taking the results to various doctors.

Make sure you are on the mailing list to get an alert when the next update is posted.
