Dear Emma,
Go to
[ccgi.formulae.co.uk]

for detailed help.

You need to install the full software package on each new PC that you want to use. You can download the 5MB file from the website.

All the patient data is held in the INR.MDB database file on your first PC: ('C:\Program files\Rat version 3')
You need to have all PCs pointing to this file. Some practices will store it on a shared viewable folder on the server and this is probably the best way to do it.

To point all PCs to this INR.MDB file, you need to go to the top menu and click on 'Database'-> 'Change network database'
