Printing table of active patients

Is there a way to print out the table in the audit screen 'browse' section, which shows active patients, reason, address, tel no and indication for warfarin?

Dear Hazel,
If you send the list to the file at the bottom of the screen, you can then separately open this file in notepad or excel and print from there.
The default for active patients is:
'C:\Program Files\RAT version 3\Active.Txt'

The original idea of this 'browse' function was to allow practices to export the data and then import it into a database or excel to allow further searches if so required.

We have realised there are major problems with the RAT on our computer at Springvale (463 Springfield Road, Belfast BT12 7DP.)
1. We have a jammed individual patient record that we have been unable to clear(or even archive) , so that we have had to duplicate it and work from the duplicate.
2. When we click the magnet sign, it gives a list of the patients and their recall dates. But when we print this list, several names are omitted, creating a risk of a non-attender being overlooked. (and unfortunately we have been using the printed list as the basis of our monthly claim to the Board, so we have been underclaiming by about five patients)

Please advise how we can sort this out

I have already spoke to you directly via phone.
The list issue relates to an old version of the software. Updating it has resolved it.

The duplicate name is also an issue with a previous version.

Use the audit screen 'PCT Report' to get accurate numbers of pateints attending per quarter.
