RAT hanging when opening patient - Database Repair Ran

When opening a patient in RAT v3.7 the app hangs. We have already ran 'Repair Database' but this has not alleviated the problem. Only two patients are affected as far as we can tell. This is a networked db so all users are affected. Please advise asap.

Dear Graeme,
Can I ask you to update to the latest version of RAT. (v3.809)
[www.formulae.co.uk]
Run this update on all the PCs that have RAT installed. Make sure RAT is not running when you do this.
Then re-run the 'Repair Database' option.
Then let me know what happens.
If this does not work you will need to email me a copy of the database so I may test.
