RAT is working on all computers except one. When printing recommnedations a box comes up with the RAT database and wants to save as an .xls file and then below that a box Run time error Never seen this before in using RAT for over 10 years

Dear David,
This does seem strange.
Does this happen when you click on the print icon after entering the INR and clicking the 'Recommendations' tab?
I can't reproduce this on my PC.
Have you tried closing down the PC and restarting?
What operating system does this PC use?
Does the printing button work within other software e.g. Microsoft Word?
Is your printer installed correctly?
Has new software been installed on this PC recently?

Agree. I have never seen this before. Yes it happens on clicking Print after Recommendations. I will tinker with the printer settings on Monday when I am next in and let you know.

Thanks Colm Problem resolved by reinstalling printer
