We have a patient who was on RATs up to August approximately. After this time they were archived and their most recent result was not on the system. It was only through the patient coming in to get their INR tested that this problem was highlighted. Is there an audit trail facility to see when this patient was archived? This may help in discovering what the problem is.

RAT does log when the patient was archived, but it used for doing the audits.
It is not displayed on the archived record.
I will add this to the next update.
In the meantime I will look at displaying this and will let you know and email you directly.
