We have just downloaded your trial version of RAT. Can I just confirm with you that the total cost of the software is ?299 which includes 2 years e-mail support with free upgrades thereafter?

Dear Issy,
I also charge ?35 per annum after 2 years for email support.
All updates are free.

I wonder if you can clarify for me the Cost. We have been using the RAT software for a few years and have received an invoice. Is this a yearly cost of ?299?

RAT is ?299.
This comes with 2 years email support.
After that period email support is ?35 per annum
All RAT updates are freely downloadable at any time.
