Run time error '13'
Posted by: Kelly Johnston ()

I am Kelly Johnston from the IT dept for NHS Grampian.

I am working on a PC at Camphill medical practise where when
she is trying to enter information for only one particular
patient it gives errors.

The first message that appears is Dose too
high......consider warfarin resistance.

You click on OK then get:
Run time error '13' type mismatch

When you click ok the application closes down.

We have upgraded to 3.721 and i have even reinstalled the
app from scratch and also MS Office incase it was Access
that was the problem.

I would be greatful if you could email me (kelly.johnston@nhs.net) with any
suggestions.

Many thanks

Dear Kelly,
This was an error in previous versions.
(It may have been due to non value entry in the warfarin regimen)

To try solve it, I want you to edit the most recent warfarin dosage.
Go to the 'Grid' icon
A window will appear allowing you to edit the INR, dosage and review details
Highlight the most recent row.
This will allow you the edit the details.
Edit the dosage replacing the number with the same number and then click on 'Modify'

Close this window and retry entering an INR reading again.

Hopefully this will resolve it.

If not, i think the only way is to archive and then delete the patient, and reenter all the details (A nuisance I know)
