As you know we updated out RAT version a couple of months ago. This was done by our HCA - Matthew and all is working fine when he uses it. However, the nurses have logged into RAT and it will not show the last 3 patient INR readings.

Plesae can you advice?

Dear Laraine,
I assume you have RAT networked (i.e. RAT on more than one PC)
This means that both PCs should be viewing the same database (INR.MD.

The nurses PC is probably not be reading the same INR.MDB database file as Matthews

On the nurses PC , start RAT. Go to the top menu,
choose 'Help'
A submenu will appear.
Choose 'About RAT'

You will see a path ending with INR.MDB
Depending where you have put the INR.MDB file it should read
//networkpath/INR.MDB
