Good afternoon,

Yesterday all our PCs were upgraded to Windows XP and an IT guy from the PCT came and saved all our files and folders on to the server and pointed all the PCs to the server to access the files.

So far this appears to have worked well until we have received our INR results and two patients out of the ten results received we could not access their RAT record. The system just seemed to hang with the eggtimer searching.

All the other eight were fine.

Can you throw any light on this please.

Dear Chris,
Can I ask you to go to the top menu in RAT and choose the 'yellow key'
A window will appear.
Choose 'Repair Database'
This will run the repair function.
Then retry.
